      Mediation is to become aware of inner sensations, right? And just becoming a witness without judging. So how does it matter how one sits !

      Moreover please check heartfulness and try their sessions, I really find it working for me. Give it a try with local preceptor or ashram near by. It's all volenteers and free of charge.

    Recently I am having a High Blood Pressure problem and doctor has recommended not to do exhaustive yogic practice. Kindly advise me for a short version of SHAMBHVI MAHAMUDRA DHYAN.

      Just do their free 5 minute yogas first and the Upa Yoga. It’s free, you can start off with even just one, totaling only 5 minutes a day and it wont be too much for you to start which can help stay within whatever guidelines you are under as well as maintain consistency and not needing to pay so much money. Pick some of the free practices then take them to your doctor and ask if it is okay for you to do then do it if he or she says it is alright.
