Leadership Defined: Having the tech talk, integrating tech into the organization's key processes

We have so many different generations in the workforce today.
So many new technologies, new applications, and new ways of leveraging technology.
But, are we, as leaders, having enough conversations about how to leverage technology?
At Primeast, we think there's a lot more than just leaving people with it.
So we're constantly talking to leaders about setting norms around technology.
We coach leaders and encourage them to reflect on what they need and communicate it to their team.
Because people do have expectations that we're going to be available at different times, or that we're going to be able to get back to them within a time frame.
But you don't know what these assumptions are unless you ask.
Leaders need to get their teams together, raise these kinds of issues around virtual working, and decide together what the norms are going to be for the team.
