Leadership Defined: How to create an employee culture that works for the business and its people

One of the most important things that work on with all of our clients is supporting a more generative culture.
Because, if companies want to retain their people and create opportunities for them in the future, they will need to focus on creating an employee culture that works both for the business, and for the people.
And that's not always easy because we don't always get called into those companies that are naturally generative.
So we always work with the people who want to make change wherever they are and we help them gain the skills to be good influencers and change agents within their organizations.
And then gradually those shifts begin to happen.
But you need to have people on board to make change. People are what make the change happen in an organization.
Because when you don't have individual leaders who have the skill to have critical conversations, then change can't happen.
It's all about having really personal conversations around what would motivate them and giving them an opportunity to process through the barriers that are blocking them.
