Leadership Defined: Fundamental Skills For 21st Century Leaders

What are the fundamental skills for 21st-century leaders?
At Primeast, we believe there are a number of skills leaders need to navigate the world we live and work in today:
1. Emotional intelligence, which is particularly important in a remote work environment because it consists of having awareness of self, but also awareness of others.
2. Critical thinking, which is essential today because we have so much information coming at us so fast. Are you believing everything you see on the internet, or are you critically thinking about it?
3. And then resilience, which is about being able to build flexibility in the face of constant change, and finding balance. How do you get off that treadmill?
Leaders today really need to be able to reflect and it is hard because we're being thrown so much so fast and everybody has the excuse of "I don't have time."
There would never be a right time, there will never be a good time.
It's a matter of stopping off and letting everybody know that you're doing that.
