The importance of intergenerational leadership, bringing out the very best of everyone

We love our next generation of leaders.
And there is a lot of backlash that they receive, but we actually think they're part of what's calling this new work environment forward.
And I think they also know that they need the support of older generations of people in the workforce that bring real value to them.
So our work is to get the generations all talking to each other and valuing what they bring because that's a good model for success with teams.
We want to make sure that we're leveraging the very best that everybody has to bring and stop focusing on the differences.
That's not going to get us where we want to go.
So we think the younger generation is one of the reasons that were here.
We have seen extreme motivation to be successful, and bring excellence to the party.
So, we're excited. I think they're part of the engine that's driving this change. And I think the younger generation in any generation is always that.
