  • Change is an integral and inevitable part of everyone's life - we all constantly grow and change through all the various phases of our lives. However, as Piyush Pandey, speaking at the TEDxPanchgani event, pointed out; it is our values and character which remain constant in our lives - and which hold us together and make us unique. Using the game of cricket as an example, he described how the game has changed and evolved over the years, while still retaining its essential character. The same principles are extended to the field of advertising also - brands change and evolve. But while change is embraced, the soul still remains constant! This was vividly brought out in various entertaining and amusing ads. Piyush also reminded the audience that sometimes change may not be positive - while we change and grow we must always be true to our roots!
