I can confirm that Moringa does miracles with lupus. I had a really bad flare up that lasted almost 2 years. My life was a complete nightmare. My GP send me to all kinds of doctors and none of them helped, they couldn't diagnose me. I gave up going to doctors. I tried every vitamin and supplement I could think of trying to figure out what is going on with me until at some point, I realized that I might be dealing with lupus. I watched a video of a man talking about Moringa and how it cured rheumatoid arthritis which is similar autoimmune disease. I gave Moringa a try but quit after a week because I hated the taste. It was very unpleasant to take after a few days and it made me nauseous. Then I got empty capsules and started putting the Moringa in them. I took 4 big capsules daily. After two weeks I started feeling like myself again. It was truly a miracle! It took months for all the symptoms to completely go away and I was pretty much cured. After some time I started slacking on taking it and now about a year and a half without Moringa I am in a flare up again. I've been taking it for a week now and I am confidant that it will cure me again. I want to ask @Styledunderhealing if you are taking any other stuff that is as effective as Moringa?
Yes, Turmeric shots are also very effective for me. When I feel a flare coming on it gets me back on track very fast.

I am in the process of being diagnosed with lupus and have been doing non related research on moringa for my health. I even just planted a moringa tree.
