Recipe:
2- lemons
1teaspoon of black pepper

3 teaspoons of turmeric

I have found that cutting out gluten, processed foods, including processed cooking oils, processed meat and snacks greatly reduced flare-ups for me. Thank you for this video.

Turmeric is literally the best anti-inflammatory food
I take a probiotic every day and drink a green smoothie daily. Honeslty, I can tell a big difference in my energy level and my mood.

Yes, the peppers make is taste more like curry flavor. You can add cinnamon to sweeten it if you want.
