Formerly known as Lightolier and Philips Lighting, this large industrial building was recently leased to a company that specializes in creating and distributing architectural glass. Several renovations and changes have been ongoing; K. DeGray Demolition is proud to be performing all major demolition operations inside the structure, as both the main warehouse floor and office space are being transformed to fit the new tenants' needs. Here, you'll see what used to be the maintenance shop be stripped down to its original structure to accommodate the layout of the new office area.
