looks like another great Breville product to me. I have their smart oven, hoping to soon have this one, and would like to get the new Quick Touch microwave.

Interesting that you only show 1 second of the egg cooking. Something is telling me it didn't go as easily as planned. I would like to see the cooking of the eggs while you can cook the steak and drain the fat yourself.

I bought this as my first propane grill. It's been a fun, learning experience czcams.com/users/postUgkxCx5fHawkK9OoV-ojFrY8JLnZrFwAmvUt . I think it's a bit too pricey after looking at other grills, but it wasn't hard to put together and it works really well. I love the side burner option for heating food during a power outage. I have an electric stove and live in the South (Hurricane season), so this was a bonus. I also bought a cover for it and it has protected it nicely (the Char Broil All-Season Grill Cover 3-4 Burner: Large). Every few grill sessions, I take the rack (or grate) and burner covers off and clean them with a non-abrasive scrubby and mild soap. I wipe the excess off of the bottom as well, taking care to avoid the gas and pilot lines.

The unit looks almost identical to the heston blumenthal smart grill with the exception of the temperature probe. Does the Breville unit not have the probe option?

I didn't see the eggs starting to shift, they looked like they weren't going anywhere. At any rate, I don't get perfectly round eggs in my stove top pan either, so this still looks GREAT. I'm buying one for my RV equipped with solar power... less need to buy propane for cooking if I bring this along.

she didn't show the egg cooking...I think that was a flop. I own this grill. The only complaint is that smog accumulated on the backside of the plates and never could clean them up. They leave marks on my fingers every time i handle them

I use to sell these Breville appliances. They're great. I think the trick for the egg would be to add a little oil .....

The sage smart grill pro is a bit better as it comes with a temperature probe so when that is plugged in it opens smart settings on the screen for different types of food and when the food is tells you how long to rest food for

"steak and egg? what do americans eat for lunch and dinner then...?!" Steak and eggs for breakfast, cheeseburger and fries for lunch, steak and baked potato (with butter, sour cream, and bacon bits) for dinner. And in between meals we're felling 100-foot trees with hatchets and digging silver mines with hand shovels and hunting grizzly bears with nothin' but a Bowie knife in our hands and a belly full of meat!

SeikiBrian , lol, I had some oats for breakfast, an avocado and sprout sandwich for lunch and tonight I will eat pasta with vegan sausage, tomato, garlic, and olive oil. I don’t know very many people that can eat that gigantic sandwich. I believe this woman was showing the versatility of the grill;)

The reason you only a second of the egg cooking is because the surface wasn't perfectly flat, the egg started to run into to the corner, and she would have had to try and fumble her way to get it back to the center. It would have looked embarassing. Obviously, the tilt mechanism isn't perfect.
