Any 'brushed' stainless steel Breville product, is superb, second to none. I own a couple, a Smart Oven and an Espresso machine, both I've had for years. I had a Smart Grill several years ago, but the top lid fell off, however that may have been my mistake, perhaps not putting it back properly. I'll likely buy another one soon. It was amazing!

Needs dual controls, that is why I will buy the Hamilton beach 3 in 1, dual control or Emerils grill pro 3 in one with dual controls. $50.00. Why would I pay $200.00 for something that does not do what others can do better and more affordable.
@@calumjones, You can buy a flat deep dish insert for it. You can make fried eggs, scrambled eggs, frittata‘s, deep dish pizza, focaccia bread, cakes, etc. etc. It’s basically a baking pan.

Wanted to see how steaks turned out. Where can I see that part of the demo?
They should’ve gone into the automatic setting more (ie poultry, fish, steak settings with the probe)
This really is the best contact grill on the market.

Don’t like it. I’m glad I purchased the Swann Smart Electric Grill. It’s far better and looks aesthetically better than this.

looks fantastic. it's streaky bacon cooked crisp the us way. uk back bacon is a different cut, pink, fatty and sinewy.
