The only thing that bothers me with these griddles is that there is no cover for it so if you're doing Is bacon the oil is gonna splash That is the only thing that I do not like about this please Comment back very nice machine , but they need to Put some kind of lid On it

These are commercial-grade griddles that don't come with lids.. They are made for progressive cooking, making from 1-10 or 30+ meals for ppl..
I'm sure it would need an overhead vent hood to take much of that and smoke out of the kitchen.
