Does Russia have any kind of government "rescue agency" for the population after disasters? The U.S. has FEMA, Federal Emergency Management Agency, that arrives fairly quickly on the scene of large disasters like hurricanes, earthquakes, and wildfires. They have had some failures, but American media documents them and publicizes them, so generally they correct failures. In addition, there are Associations like the American Red Cross.

EXCELLENT NEWS REPORT IN ACCURACY AND IN TIME. When and if Russia will have again in the future a true democratic government with freedom of expression for all Russian people, without persecution, without laws preventing to speak the truth (forcing to deceive about a war called "special military operation") in order to make the war by going around the laws or constitution calling it not a war, & if ever freedom returns in Russia, surely exile reporters like you Konstantin, risking everything to testify and reveal the truth, will be seen as heroes that fought for the truth, one day in the future Russia (hoping) and enter the pages of history on the side of good and truth.

I really hope that when Putin has gone, the Russian people get a chance to revive your country, their lost freedoms and the ruined economy. The enormity of what has to be done is unimaginable, apart from annihilating a whole generation, putin has succeeded in bringing a country that should be the richest in the world, economically to its knees. Very true, it's Kremlin's (and most autocracies') strongest weapon in their hybrid-war. However, that's why in most of "Eastern" Europe Russia is a recognised terrorist regime. That made their state media taken off-air and covert propaganda distribution a legally sanctioned (sometimes banned or punished by the new laws) offense. These new laws can punish justification of Russia's war, genocide and agression in countries neighbouring it. Secret services are monitoring this propaganda distribution in Poland too. It works on various levels, curbing the activism of Russia's agents and sponsored fan-clubs from causing coordinated chaos and subversions like happened ex.g. 2013-14 in Donbas. Even if Poles in general are way too historically aware to fall for direct Kremlin's propaganda, these measures still curb the inevitable seeping in of its more covert soft propaganda narratives and consolidate the public opinion. The critics decrying infringement of "free speech" in the "west" to counter such measures - are usually the same Kremlin agents using "free speech" as a hybrid weapon against any place it exists - unlike Russia itself. Rest of democratic countries should take notes.

And it's weirdly fascinating to witness how the civilian infrastructure in the entire Russian Fedration is now starting to fall apart, thanks to at least two decades of money-grifting and just plain negligence, while all of the money is being pumped into Putin's "limited special military operation". The Russian society is headed directly towards the edge of the cliff, just like an overwhelmingly large group of lemmings on the move.

When the report on the refinery in the Rostov area first came through, I immediately checked the NASA FIRMS map, which is for fire tracking (normally wildfires, but it shows any large fires). The biggest fire in the area was huge - around 1.5km at its widest point, running NW to SE along the road. I went on Google maps and put in the coordinates, switched to satellite and zoomed in, and sure enough, there was a refinery there. So I measured the coordinates around the perimeter of the fire on the FIRMS map and then put them into Google maps to get an idea of the extent. It covered the entire facility. My conclusion is this refinery is a total loss. The entire thing was on fire, including storage tanks.

@@dr.williams5251 No idea. I just know what FIRMS and Google Maps showed. Either the cope cage didn't work, or it wasn't drones (which I think I heard from some source - not sure). I think cope cages are more moves of desperation than well-designed defensive strategies. Many of them on tanks and infantry vehicles just don't work at all. If it was missiles, I wouldn't expect cope cages to work either. But even drones could potentially get through. A wave to bust through the cope cages, then another to hit the exposed equipment/buildings. It's also not clear to me that this particular facility even had cope cages. But there was a hot spot the size of the entire facility.

First, I wanna thank you, Konstantin, for highlighting the things inside Russia, which I would otherwise have almost no access to; at best, 1 out 10 of the information I get from you appears in the Western Press and this usually weeks after you informed me of that topic. I had so many conversations and discussions with different people about the state of Russia (with ordinary people, not that brainwashed ones that are buying the crap straight out of the Kremlin), and so many times, your footage helped me prove my stand on this topic; it lacks general recognition on the actual state of Russia, even among professionals like eastern European Experts (at least they are honest and state that at this times it is tough to get accurate information on Russia and their sources or Russian counterparts and former colleagues are afraid to communicate). You're a true enrichment to my knowledge, a knowledge that has become crucial for the outlook of a potential future escalation between Russia and the EU. Fewer people here would fall for the Kremlin lies if more people here were better informed. Thank you very much, dear friend (I am constantly thinking about how to spread your message to others) Stay as you are, if asked I would describe you as pure honesty, empathy, authenticity and loyalty and I watched almost every stream from you since Feb. 2022.

Finally, someone noticed the cardboard man always had a heavy coat on even when the weather was hot...... Panzina looks like a psychotic killer. Thank you, Konstantin for this report on Russia. I trust your choices in news stories to tell. Keep up with what you're doing.
Is there another way to donate besides Patreon? I don't like the options that require me to join with pre-existing accounts.
Can't I simply send you some money through PayPal as I'm fine with your CZcams videos even with ads?

You do know Russia was supplying arms to Talaban right for the 10 years Americans were in Afghanistan.

      @5arnavi9 Před 16 dny

You do know that the Americans helped the Tal.iban when they were fighting the Soviets. They started first. The Americans created a powerful O. Bin. Lad... and they financed him and gave him weapons. The Tal.iban do not need Russian weapons, the Americans left them over a billion worth of weapons when they fled after 20 years

I think that the government will do everything possible to prevent that, including trucking fuel wherever needed. I am making that guess because in every country any fuel shortage or price spike is seen as a government breakdown, or a policy failure. So today that would mean that the war is coming home to Russia and people wouldn't be able to keep pretending that all is normal.
If we do start to hear of fuel shortages, especially if it becomes a regular occurrance, that could mean that the end of the regime is getting closer. No fuel would be hard to explain in a country like Russia. That could only mean that a very deep systemic breakdown is happening.

Welcome back..again....Your Russia news compilations are awesome. .Your insight into previous USSR is also appreciated. Made a few submarine patrols ...north of Scotland.. back in the 70s... Governments all over the world are struggling to meet the needs of its people.. A comment about $$ contributions from here...our credit cards are often compromised even at local business. Can't trust anybody anymore. Maybe u r collecting CC numbers for Rus and for China. HA. Can't imagine sending my personal info and CC numbers across the world, on purpose...Very inconvenient to have to shut down a card and wait for a new one. Here in central Florida, our family never uses a CC at fast food windows and one specific BBQ restaurant. And , one of our local Chinese food joints. Only took them less than an hour to get some bogus charges on our card. We still buy food there and they hate CASH> Cash is best! Over and out.

Thank you K for your info.
I enjoy hearing about how the war is affecting the life of the average Russian civilian. I can't believe that some people in Moscow still have no feeling of the war. Food still in supermarkets and access to internet and transport.
Love seeing you back in your videos.
Wishing you good health and happiness.

It's truly a shame that things have worked out like this. I was around when the ussr collapsed. We were hopeful in the USA that maybe Russia would have partnered to be a peaceful and prosperous member of the community of nations. Keep up the good fight.
