11:56 так нельзя делать. Наружное кольцо подшипника не должно проворачиваться в корпусе, для того подшипник и существует. Ваше действие приведёт к чрезмерному нагреву узла.

Sanding disks are not centered. Loosen the locking srew. Turn on shortly and after that thighten it.
