I’ve had the Earfun Free for 16 months and the Earfun Air Pro for about 6. Both have worked excellent. Was super excited for the next Air Pro to arrive. Im into sound quality and am curious to see how the Air Pro 2 does against the original. As of now I would go with Earfun over Apple any day. Premium products for a reasonable price. Keep up the good work Earfun.

I've just received my earfun air pro but only plays sound on the right ear. I've tried resetting and unpairing the earbuds from my device several times but without success. Any advice?

I also own a previous version (4 mic). Amazon were very responsive and helpful. I will be receiving the replacements on Tuesday 4 October. Thanks for contacting me.

You guys should have kept the old pro design. It was special and really cool, so I bought the earphones. These ones look more boring tbh. but I still like the sound of your headphones and the other features.
