Just got mine, came with 050. Decided to downgrade to one of Oluv's tuning but could only find 048. Blown away. The best thing I ever did for my ears. I really wanted the 043 as people say it's the best. But anything better that 048 must be impossible. What I am hearing is just WOW outta this 048.

Okay, now where can I find replacement earpads that don't suck? Is this an entirely new mechanism, or are there other headphones with the same mechanism that I can search earpads for to use with the Wave Pro?

How to turn it off without the case?

I have totally enjoyed this product for six months. It was Oluf's Gadgets that recommended the product, and I've since bought another model and two Earfun bluetooth speakers that I use with my sound system. I also own Bose headphones and Shure earbuds, both expensive products. But I prefer the Earfun over the other brands.

How do you charge them

I have a very unconventional question about the wireless earbuds, if I repeatedly use them for a short periods of time, will it start charging as soon as I put them back in the case? (won't it lead to overcharging or degrade the battery?) is there any way I can disable this feature at all?

I have been using these headphones for 3 days now. Unfortunately they don't work properly: When I start an audio file (or video on CZcams) the headphones skipping the first 3 seconds before I can hear any sound. The same happens when I pause and resume the playback of a song or video: When I resume the playback, about 3 seconds are missed out before I can hear anything. I have this issue with different devices: Google Pixel 5 Smartphone (Android 14), Huawei MateBook 14 (2020-model, AMD, Windows 10) and Fire TV 4K TV-Stick for connection to my Samsung TV Set. The firmware of the headphones is up to date. I have already done a factory reset. The headphones are connected to only one device at a time. LDAC is turned off. The costumer service advised me to enable Game Mode, but that didn't solve the problem.

Finally the Official promo vid.. After the Earfun Free Pro 3 and the UBoom L, I became a fan of your products but Received my Wave pro yesterday, Giving the price of 79$ I would give it 6/10 for now, maybe with future Firmware versions updates things will improve, so I kinda dissapointed after some reviewers hyped some feature like the Mic performance which is very muffled and below average (my current Firmware version is 0.3.4), I own an Edifier 700NB which is cheaper than the wave pro and it's mic call Quality is very good. there's also the ANC, I would give it 4-5/10, giving the current Firmware it not top the headphone under 100$ as it is marketed. And finally the headphone turn off if you use it in Aux mode, it's illogical for a headphone with ANC to be turned off especially if you want to use it in Aux mode in a plane while turning on the ANC Like I said maybe future firmwares updates will fix some of these points, overall it justify the price/value tag keep up the good work Earfun.

Random question, but does this work for all types of your buds of this brand or only specific ones since according to stuff about mine their gen. 3 and I'm not sure if this works. For all sense I've tried this hasn't worked yet. Well at least in the turns red part since for some reason it's not working. So is there a specific amount of time that you need to hold the sensors for it to turn red or not?

The black reset button is nearly invisible ! It needs to be seen using a different colour, or raising it a bit so it can be seen!

I’ve already tried all of this but the right ear bud still won’t connect or charge properly. I’ve cleaned the case and earbud so there is nothing to get in the way of it charging! And I’ve done and watched all the reset videos I can find! The right side just has a weird white light that is a solid glow sometimes and then it blinks out of rhythm! I’ve never dropped them or gotten them wet and I always clean them with a cloth after ever use! I don’t know what’s wrong!😭

I assume the battery life will be close to what's advertised when BT LE starts to be used? Right now my charging case seems to be good for only two full charges not three as advertised.
