On my third pair of earfun brand and this generation is the best yet! I run heavy equipment (bulldozers, etc…) and the noise cancelling is every better than the first gen. Love them

Hi, you can check the battery level of the earbuds on your phone. Connect one at a time to check the battery of each earbud. Usually, it takes around 1.5 hours to fully charge the earbuds. As for the charging case, you can check the battery according to the indicator light of the charging case. Charging around 2 hours via USB-C will fully charge the case.
Hey I was wondering how you would fix the left earbud’s touch controls not working. Both buds play sound and the right earbud’s touch controls work as well. Just the left’s touch controls are not working. And because of that I can not reset the left earbud only the right

The fact they can’t be used with the app is what stopping me from buying
I just bought these, and I love them. The price point for ambient vs active noise cancellation just can't be matched. Solid quality.

Will pairing option B only work while the buds are in the case? In my ears it would only change ambient sound/normal/noice cancelling

Hi, Daniel. Sorry, we are afraid that we won't add this function to EarFun Free Pro earbuds. EarFun Air Pro 2 earbuds support previous track function.

What about transparency mode
It is also called ambient sound. Tap and hold the left earbud for 2 seconds can switch to that mode.
