Sucks when you want your child to go to the 30030 high school but you can only buy a house for up to $300,000 and there's nothing available for that small amount.
That’s why it’s important to buy real estate NOW. I was considering moving to Decatur in 2018, homes were absolutely gorgeous for $350,000.
Decatur is ok , I wish I choosen it when I bought my home. I live in delkab bullet bullet bullet LOL.

@@raymondrileyjr God willing this year 500,000 it gotten so exspeinsive to live here. I like Ga just the housing prices changed to high. I am considering a town home for retirement. I was thing to move to texas because I don't thing I can get what I want with only 500,000 in Ga. I will keep you in mind in the next 3 months. If I want to move sooner I will check you out.

No it’s not. 30032 is unincorporated DeKalb County. So it would’ DeKalb County Public Schools.
