I HAVE LIVED IN LAWRENCEVILLE FOR ABOUT 5 YEARS AND IN Gwinnett GEORGIA FOR ABOUT 15 YEARS, I love LAWRENCEVILLE and the growth that is taken place. Thank you for showing LAWRENCEVILLE. My goal for 2022 is to explore LAWRENCEVILLE and all it's treasures.
Thanks for great video! Moved to L’ville from SoCal in 2020 best decision of my life. My hubby and I bought an amazing property and have been happy overall. I work for school district and I have to say it is
well organized a family with school age kiddos would be happy with the free education. Even though downtown didn’t look great on the video probably the time of day, there’s always something to do food trucks, yoga or salsa dancing in the park and summer concerts. There are coffee shops and a few mini breweries. Lots of weekend foot traffic. It’s lovely. I’ve met some very nice people
We are Blessed 🙏🏾💕
That sounds so nice! Hope i get a chance to find as much joy leaving So Cal too.
@@Dre_Key leaving nor cal myself for GA 😂
Glad Im seeing someone of color living in these areas !
I'm thinking of returning home to Georgia after not being a resident since I left for the military in 1977. Born at Georgia Baptist. Raised in Decatur. My company has a location in Lawrenceville. My brother is in Oxford. My youngest grandson is named Lawrence. Seems like a God thing, maybe. I really enjoyed your video. Thanks!
I’ve been finding your videos so helpful in helping me narrow down my searches. It helps to see a wholesome pov on so many different areas
Did you figure it out yet? I want to live close to my family that's in Atlanta but I don't want to live in Atlanta
@@freemygrandma8752 did they free yr grandma yet? 👵
What’d she do some embezzlin’ or some manslaughterin’ or some grand larcenin’? Hope she free
Currently living in Lawrenceville and have for years. Although, I don’t have any children the school system is great. This was important to me for resale. For the younger crowd we now have several lounges in the area. Gwinnett has almost everything you need with the exception of fine dining and major acts in entertainment. Love being a Gwinnettian!
Thank you for your comment! Gwinnett county is pretty awesome 💪🏾
some of the best music......... my god what a great video makes me want this man as my realtor
Great video. My family and I are moving to Lawrenceville, GA from the Midwest and just rented a new build out there. This video gave me great insight on the area. Keep it up.
Hi, I've been living in Lawrenceville for 16 years. I definitely see a chance and not necessarily for the good. They are building more and more apartments in the area and it's becoming very over crowded.
As an HOA board member, we're very concerned about the number of rental properties in our subdivision. We're currently in the process of becoming a non-rental community. Many renters, not all, but many do not maintain the property and they don't care because they don't own it. That's a big issue for home owners in a community that's trying to keep their neighborhood beautiful.
The other thing is crime. There has been an increase in crime in Lawrenceville. I belong to a neighborhood app and the amount of car break-ins and stolen packages and homes being broken into that's reported is ridiculous. People that want to move here, I hope they come with a mind set of wanting to live a better life and they're willing to work together with their neighbors. If we all look out for one another and maintain our property then maybe Lawrenceville can get back to the way it used to be. Sorry for the long response, but I just had to state some real facts.
Phenomenal job on the video Raymond. Great source of info for out of towners.
Thank u for your videos❤. I’ve been going thru each one. Researching different areas before moving.
Lawrenceville is very underrated.
Very much so. I've lived here for 15 years and it's changed immensely.
Informative. Living on west coast now and thinking of moving to the northern Atlanta area.
Thank you for this!
I live here in DTL and I love it tons! I went to GGC so I been in this area for a minute. Definitely recommend!
Great video bro!
Great video I’m moving to Georgia next year and was thinking about moving to Lawrenceville or fairburn trying to decide between the two.
I live in downtown Lawrenceville and Love it!
Great video. I noticed that you haven't mentioned anything about the property taxes in your videos. Which county has the highest property taxes? Thanks, keep up the good work
I have lived in lawrenceville since 2008 from NYC. And I love it for my kids and they feel safe. Second, being the seat of Gwinnett County all the important offices are close, like the courts, police and dmv etc.
Me and the wife are looking into places like McDonough, Conyers, Stockbridge, Morrow Can start looking into Lawrenceville I know education is really important to me and the wife for the girls for school saw this video was very helpful.
I’m so happy you found value in watching. If I can be of any resources please feel free to reach out to me. All of my contact is in the description of the video.
Check out Fayetteville the school system there is awesome. He has great videos on Fayetteville also
Avoid Morrow it’ll place you in Clayton County Public Schools.
Great job, I prefer Dacula but Lawreceville is the County Seat.
Very informative, I am interested in talking about renting in that area!
I'm from Cali, have friends in Athens. I've been looking into Lawrenceville for years. It's right between Athens and Atlanta.
Thanks for making this video.
My neck of the woods 👍🏿 I love Gwinnett County
What you like about it sir?
I’ll be relocating to Lawrenceville from Michigan.
Thank you so much for this video. I’m a new Subbie now. In Lawrenceville, are there several other schools besides the Math and Science school that does the lottery?
I am unsure. The only one in #GwinnettCounty I’m familiar with is Math and Science school.
Gwinnett County schools are very good. I recommend.
Yea I think I’m moving there. I’m from MD and been living in Alpharetta for a year.
Love your channel. Do you also help with renters looking to rent an apartment or rent a home?
I’d love to know this as well.
Read his description to this video and you can contact him with what he has provided.
Have you covered Fayetteville GA?
Thanks I am looking to relocate and this is my target town
If you are looking to buy there definitely feel free to reach out to me!
I got a few cousins and two aunts who live in three different suburbs of Atlanta
I Been Living In Lawerenceville Ga Since 2019
Thank you for watching and commenting.
My husband and i are looking to move to Georgia from Oregon. Oregon is a sinking ship... Lawrenceville looks like a good spot. Comparable to where we live, but a LOT less Portland influence XD
What about the high school??? Central Gwinnett
Who song is this?
Coming to Atl next month from NY. Gonna check out some new construction in Gwinnett/Lawrenceville and Some other places feasible for children and healthcare jobs
That's awesome. If you do not have a real estate agent before going into any new construction communities, please reach out to me I can work with you to make sure you are protected. The builders agent, don't work for the buyers so they don't always tell you all you need to know. You can shoot me a text at 404-343-5679 at your convenience to schedule a time to talk.
Is there Bosnians? In Lawrencville?? If someone knows, i have alot of friends from my country Bosnia who moved there back in eadly 2000s.
There are quite a few Bosnians in Lawrenceville. :-)
What city/area in Gwinnett County can I find a New Construction area home that’s a 2-story in the $200,000’s?
Unfortunately none. Right now most new construction homes are in the mid to high 300’s-400’s. Now resales you may able to find a few older homes in the mid to high 200’s.
From my last comment. It should say change not chance. I hate autocorrect 😂😂😂
Is there a church name "Okelly Chapel"? Grandmother's family built the church, last name Hammonds or Hammond (some dropped the S )
There is a O'Kelly Baptist missionary church but it's in snellville which is not far from Lawrenceville. Don't know if it's your kins .
My finance is from Lawrenceville Ga
Do you have rentals
I was born in Atlanta, ga folks like myself don't even consider gwinnett as apart of atlanta.
It's considered Metro Atlanta....
Why don't you go to Gwinnett Place or Sugarloaf commons. I used to live in Lawrenceville it's a city not a suburb two different things .
Wow 😮. Thanks for watching.
Lmao if you study Stone Mountain trail it will help give you a better understanding of how the cities break down vs the newer zoning maps
Ever sence marta expanded lawrenceville is cooler than college park
🙏🏼👋🏼👍🏼🤎💯💪🏼
Those 32 miles aren't lol, and sometimes moving between municipalities can be a real you know what.
Starts with “law” ends with “evil”.
that's not Lawrenceville, Georgia's type of music...
Suburban lol
Is it not suburban then?
@@krystalcastillo7767 it's very suburban.
Krystal Castillo Lawrenceville is a very beautiful Suburb.
Why are you showing only the empty streets? That's not much of impression to me without much explanation is fruitless
Moving here in November...can not wait! I will be saving at least $800 on rent! Fu*k NH!
