Seriously looking at retiring to Lexington, SC, but you got me thinking about Gainesville, GA. Love your informative videos...
As someone who as family in Lexington, while we don't have a Zesto (if you don't know, check it out!), I would say Gainesville is better. If you DO decide on Lexington, I have a fantastic agent to recommend who will take great care of you. Thank you for watching!
This was very informative! Thank you for this! Also, love the shots you were able to catch and the editing - a lot of great information paired with amazing footage!
Thank you for watching and for your great feedback!
As a realtor in Los Angeles I’m just so shocked at how clean the streets are in GA! So pretty!!!!
They only show the areas that are upscale and ask to see the other side of the tracks.
Having visited many other states, I agree! The highways/exit ramps are much prettier here too.
🎉🎉 Great video, SARAH! Will be up there soon. 🎉🎉 Thanks to you and your team!!
Can't wait to welcome y’all to Georgia!!! ❤️
Really helpful video! Thank you!
Glad it was helpful!
Growing up in hall county( Gainesville being the county seat/ hub of the county), I have developed a great appreciation for what my home county has become and is becoming
Thanks for sharing!
Capturing that work van backing into the Lexus at 1:50 was priceless lol. Great video.
Lol! I missed that. Do we think it actually touched or just came really really close? Thanks for watching!

Thank you for watching!
I live in Alpharetta and yes Gainesville is very nice. Lake Lanier is beautiful.
Thank you!
Great overview. How’s public transportation? Or is it a car-only town? Are there any biker friendly locations in or around Atlanta?
Thank you for watching! There is very limited public transportation and limited biking. You definitely need a car!
Downtown has grown so much since I was there… I used to manage Dress Up! I’m a Realtor in Golden Isles now - where did you move from in South GA?
Grew up in Valdosta and moved from Brunswick to Gainesville. Lots of connections!
You should do a podcast , I think it would do great for this area. I looked at your videos before i bought my house in Gainesville. I can help with editing and gtting you setup if you consider it.
Thank you for watching and a podcast is a neat idea!
We live in Valdosta and want to move north of Atlanta. We need a place with job opportunities, good schools and entertainment. My husband and I live to camp, hike and travel the countryside. We don't want to be in the city. I'd love your input. There will be 2 households moving.
I’m from Valdosta! I think you would really like Gainesville/Braselton area but would love to talk more. You can reach me directly at 470-577-6472 or hello@keypointhomesgroup.com
She does a great job in promoting Gainesville Ga. Just understand there is the other side of the track or the poor minority area.
This is an issue in every town and wish it was a problem that could be solved so that everyone has the same access and advantages in life.
Thankfully Midtown has replaced a good portion of the hood.
Hi, I left a message at your office earlier. We are moving to the Savannah area. Can you refer an agent in Savannah?
Absolutely! I’ll call you in the morning ☺️❤️
Growth is what destroys area over time
🤔🤔🤔
Growth also NEEDS to happen, especially in upcoming/popular areas. Where I live, it's becoming increasingly popular. Because they do not build new homes (when they do its multi million dollar mansions), it drives the prices up because there are thousands of people who want to buy a home and yet there are only a few decent ones for sale/in the average persons price range. Now, because of the prices rapidly rising, its also very hard for younger people and families to afford even a 2 bedroom house that's 60 years old, and on top of that the banks or whatever you may call it, make it very very difficult to get approved, even if the mortgage is $2,000 monthly and you make $10,000 monthly. So, yes, development with growing population is a very big deal, and may help slow down the rise in housing costs and hopefully make it so most people who need a home can purchase one whether it be a house, condo, townhome, duplex etc.
Gainesville is a sh** hole, so much crime and the police harass you. And I grew up in that place I actually put in the windows on the building in the square that connects to the car port. On 5:02 you can see the building behind her, and now there is too much people there and every house there even in the bad areas are way too expensive.
I couldn't disagree more!
