The toughest job there is the guy firing the pizza. Each topping and crust will have a slight variation cooking time and heat. Look how he moves them around.
The guy cooking the pizzas is awesome. I love his attitude and how he let the camera man get some good views. He even kind of joked with his arms like sort of presenting the pizzas. He made me night, man. Idk where this is but it would be a nice place to visit. I'll be truthful, I can't afford it in my current place in life right now but hey things change and some day I might be able to visit.

Topped off with Mediterranean ingredients and it's perfect for me. Whether it be Italy, Spain, Portugal or Skiathos, the best pizza I've had is in those places and they were woodfired.
True, there's nothing better than woodfire. You should try German sourdough rye bread baked in a woodstove and also flammkuchen or tarte flambee baked in a woodstove!

Pizzahut and dominos use frozen ingredients, that are often preserved to last longer. Always hit local pizza places to support the local economy, it's better for you, and most of the time better pizza.

So I think the profits from more pizzas sold will make it up. Edit: And if this is a restaurant specifically serving tourists then the customers wouldn't mind the price, since there's a reason why people want to eat Italian-style pizza over fast-food imitations

Had the pleasure of eating in Rome's local pizza restaurant and it was amazing even the owner spoke to us, even in broken english. Way better than Domino's or other brands. Will be coming back to Italy for sure. Great place to visit.

Ciao , il mattarello viene usato per stendere la pizza tipica romana ( ovvero questa mostrata nel video ) . Per stendere la pizza napoletana servono solamente le mani , niente mattarello . La pizza romana non ha cornicione ed è croccante mentre la pizza napoletana ha un impasto morbido e si scioglie in bocca.
