  • Xiaomi Himo Z20 VS Fiido D4s bike comparison. Two 20" size electric bikes. Which one is the better electric bike? Which one to buy?
    Xiaomi Z20 - www.banggood.com/custlink/mGv...
    Fiido D4s - www.banggood.com/custlink/mD3...
I have ordered Fiido D11 too. New comparison video with Xiaomi Z20 coming soon!
    Fiido D11 - www.banggood.com/custlink/KGm...
I have been riding Fiido D4s for a few weeks now. And have received Xiaomi Himo Z20 ebike. So I wanted to make a comparison which one is the better fold-able 20" ebike. And which one I should keep for myself. I really like Fiido D4s and how light and fast it's. But Xiaomi Z20 has a build quality on a whole another level. And those thicker BMX 20x2.15 inch tyres are so much fun to ride on road and even on forest trails! It's like a mountai bike! Actually, it's better than most cheap Chinese mountain bikes I have tested so far. Even the Fiido M1 or Samebike LO26!
Let me know if you would like to see a comparison with the Fiido D11 too. :)

Wow, great review! I'm looking at himo z 20, mainly because of the bmx-like tires and the fact that you said it has the "feel" of a small mountainbike.
How do you think, the himo z 16 compares to the z 20, is it worth to spend the extra money?🙏 The removal of the battery is essential to me.. otherwise fiido would be an option to😔

It's not pedal assist actually, it just detects that you are pedaling (after quite some time actually because it's very slow) and it just gives full power!! no matter what assist gear/mode you 're on.. assist gears/modes only define different cut-off speeds for the motor so it stops when you reach that speed.. just awful!

I'm selling Fiido and Xiaomi bikes locally. Both bikes are paid and not free review samples.
Fiido is a tiny company, they still offer new bikes on kickstarter like Fiido D11.. and pretty much scammed banggood buyers with Fiido D4s preoders, taking money and delivering bikes only 2 months later.. Same with the bike quality, products still reminds a bit of DIY bikes.
There Xiaomi is a premium brand with huge budget being able to design, test and manufacture top quality products. It's clear that Xiaomi is made with robots or some high quality machining exact to the measurement.. there Fiido might be still cut and welded by hand, as a result you can clearly see much bigger welds and much biggers gaps that result all these wobbly parts not aligning quite exact and noticeable difference between each bike.

@@MrTechcat Both are city ebikes, I think at the moment xiaomi does not have decoded facility thats why max speed is 25km/h. when unlocking will come then Z20 will have more demand than Fiido. Fiido quality is a little low but not bad with low price as compare to z20 quality is little better but price is also more. People demands speed even though it comes by hacking :). I bought Fiido D4s last week, just make a little disc alignment, now it is fine on both electric and without electric mode.

@@AliBaba-xe5fq Fiido is way lighter and thinner tires makes it even more easy to pedal. So there is really no need to get xiaomi, if you planning riding only on road.

@@meganegeraldine6453 Our desires never finish. When we buy 50cc motorbike then we try to make some alteration so that it can go up to 80 km/h. Same things are here, we want to buy ebike but we have desire that it should do max mileage, we can also use it on mountain, it must be fold-able, it should be on low price but with best quality material and last that it should go more than 25 km/h. So these are wishes of people that I have founded on net. I bought Fiido D4s. It is good ebike in its price. Good material and with good speed. My ebike with paddle assist at mode 3 goes more 80 kms. With throttle it goes directly 32 to 35 km/h but I do not use throttle to save battery. This week I am checking it max kms at mod 3 then I shall finally tell you. With decoding, its throttle works upto 35 km/h but paddle assist is only up to 25 km/h even after unlocking the code. Some tuning I have done like both disk alignment. If you do not use throttle and want to drive upto 25km/h with best quality material ebike then see this website but it cast up to 1000 euro. leoncycle.de/NCM-Prague-26-275-29-E-MTB-Mountainbike-E-Bike-36V-13Ah-468Wh-Akku. In USA and Canada , it is available with throttle too but in Europe, without throttle,

Other than that, it's definitely faster and has a good unlocking mechanism if you got pulled over by cops.

Yes, you could spend thousands of dollars on an eBike czcams.com/users/postUgkxUiL0GnyDjP32RJdd660sP8mZk4CRLTCJ and get something much higher quality. However, if you're looking for a basic model to try out eBiking this is a great choice. The assembly is easy as far as bikes go (took about an hour for me to do, I'm not an expert). All tools needed are included. I added the plastic mud guards you see and a more comfortable seat. The other reviews are correct that you're probably going to want a better seat (Giddy Up! Bike Seat is what I got - super comfortable). The battery easily handles a 2-4 hour ride if you add some of your own pedal power. I haven't even gotten it up to top speed yet - it is very fast. Components are not top of the line, but decent for the price and work just fine. It works great on dirt roads and singletrack and pavement although too heavy to do tricks or any serious technical mountain biking. I'm looking forward to using it a lot over the summer. Tons of fun!
