KB made my shoulders thicker and stronger while using way less weight than an ohp. I can finally sleep again without shoulder pain too, and the actual exercises are very challenging and fun.

I totally believe it man, it's a shame that there's an initial stigma to kettlebell training as being cardio.

I love Kettlebells. No gym for me. I ride my Surly bike every morning for ten miles then do a few different kettlebell workouts an the weight drops. Sometimes i switch up the Kettlebells for a little bit of double end bag when i feel i need to punch something lol

When talking about building muscle mass, hypertrophy is king. What people don't realize is there's tons of hypertrophy in kettlebell training. Combined with the increased release of hormones due to the full body nature of the movements, you get big without isolation.

Building muscle with a kettlebell is possible, but it requires a few key strategies: 1. Use heavier weights: To build muscle, you need to challenge your muscles with heavier weights. Start with a weight that you can comfortably lift for 10-12 reps, and gradually increase the weight as you get stronger.

Great form- what a badd ass!
I love my kettlebells- I think they make your body have to try and "hold" them still- but they don't want to do that and therefore its a dynamic-weight exercise- just my opinion. I use to have allot of lower back pain- all gone now- great for the core and stabilization!

Do you feel pressure to only use Kettlebells as a coach/youtuber? I feel as though certain communities get really puritanical in their methodologies , periodization, and lifting implements.
It all works, building muscle is as simple an equation as : time under tension + volume + caloric surplus = muscle. I don't see why this couldn't be accomplished with a kettlebell or anything else for that matter given sufficient load to cause adaptation.
