Hi. I have a Asus Prime z690 wifi ddr5. its compatible with ddr4. Was wondering is this compatible maximus rog compatible with ddr4?

If it’s DDR5 then it’s only DDR5, the slots are different you can’t use 5 with 4 or vice versa. And this mobo is only DDR5

I have the same MOBO and just did a bios update. Now the Oled screen stays on after a shutdown. Does anyone know how to control the OLED screen or even turn it off for that matter?

Great choice ... only i was wondering what happens if don't use waterblock with a water cooling e left it empty like a normal heatsink ... what are the vrm temperatures? This is only a Motherboard meant to be used with a custom loop or as i see could be used normally (aio + fans cooling) without problems? Please someone clear my doubts, many thanks!

You don't need to add water to cool the VRM's, the heatsink will work just fine.
