The dual range gearing made them extremely popular and their off road ability was legendary

Nice video. Any ideas how to maintain a 1971 Honda C-90 fairing? Mine has a few cracks in it. I've drilled small holes at the end of the cracks to stop them spreading along. I went to some plastic welders to fix the cracks. They said they'd give it a go in the new year... but they weren't optimistic as they said there is a risk of the cracks just reappearing as they reckon the plastic is breaking down. One of the circular inspection covers just cracked into 5 pieces when I tried to remove it... so I made one from tin plate (with 3 fastening clips with small nuts and bolts to replace it.

Gotta tie both sides of the bike to the trailer separately buddy. I worked that one out the hard way haha
oh my god what a baptism of fire that was !! ..I was in such a rage of embarrassment and fury I couldn't let myself see the funny side utterly cringeworthy.

What do you call that white plastic thaht covers the front and holds the windscreens?????
A real heartbreak on the red bike. Time to do a segment on securing the bikes I guess : (

Hey Paul how is the Honda CD200 coming along? I've just bought one of these as a project myself as an eventual step up from my 88' C90! Great video as always keep up the good work!
Still sitting in a corner sadly! Hoping to get one of my C90s chopped in to something special so afraid the CD200 has been left on the shelf for now. Picking up inspiration for it all the time though. Let us know how you get on with yours!

I have 1984 90 cub box on back and wind thing on front been under tarp for years very low miles hardly ever used paperwork keys..anyone wants it please ask

That is the worse! I'm sorry to hear about your bike being stolen, what are the odds of that?! Then for the thief to just steal the bike to destroy it makes no sense at all, especially the best out of the 3 you had!

I can't get my head around what might motivate some waste of oxygen to steal an old scooter just to torch it in a field somewhere. Some joy riding, selling or fencing it off or parting it out--these are all deplorable, but at least comprehensible motives. But just knicking it to burn? WTF?
You talked about the bike with lethal helmets and then a few videos along you are riding without a helmet. Is this channel one of those just after YT cash or just ironic.
Always wear a helmet on the road but for a slow plop along a private road or in a carpark, we're a little more relaxed
