so do you suggest the hero for making espresso? or c2?
Right now I'm looking at the Hero S03, mainly because currently it's $45 and it has an aluminum body. The burr seems to be the same. Can I correctly assume the grind adjustment would also be the same?
Nice video!, helpful looking around for grinder options. If you happen know or anyone of review for "Normcore Hand Coffee Grinder(both 38mm and 48mm)" would be super cool, looks like a solid grinder too but seems no one ever reviewed it.
The Timemore C2 sucks at french press (setting 24). Uneven with lots of boulders. I found to actually get a good cup of coffee I had to grind twice. As far as pourover settings go, it did very well with a single grind.

Can you use this one for espresso because with the C2 you can´t
I can't 100% say that you can since I haven't tried it myself, but I can say that I've been able to get REALLY fine grinds with this grinder at around 15 clicks alone so You can definitely get finer grinds with this compared to the C2 with less risk of grinding the burrs together. So there might be a possibility that you can! But again, I'm not entirely sure since I have not tried it myself, would still recommend a good electric grinder for espresso! ✌🏻

It's possible to grind for espresso! I've tried it and it works ok for the flair 😊 but getting a dedicated grinder for espresso would be better

@@kylegosiaco5318 i just got it, i tried to tighted it up till max and lose by 10click outcome felt like expresso but still not expresso.
I would suggest chestnut over this even tho i felt nothing different xD
@@leatherDarkhorse I think if you wanna grind for espresso w a hand grinder the best options would be Kinu, commandante with red clix, or 1zpresso! The Hero can work but not as optimal as these higher end handgrinders.
