Dev u probably knw this already but getting atleast 7 to 8hrs sleep could help with the blood pressure issue, sleep deprivation is linked to high blood pressure, just a reminder
Stay strong champ
building muscles also require rest and that the best need to be asleep before midnight. He ll not make any muscle gains that way.
Was thinking exactly the same when I watch his midnight sessions. Not to mention it aids normal circadian rhythm, hormonal balance and neural efficiency altogether. Sleep is definitely underrated. It changes the game for me if I'm underslept.
It's not like he has to wake up at 6am guys, he's retired
also investigate on the salt issue, salt depravation is usually a cause of high blood pressure, oposite of what they recomend. I presonally recomend to check out czcams.com/video/amJ-ev8Ial8/video.html and the rest of his videos about salt

I decided to answer another comment (it was about old-school equipment and something about sponsors).
And by mistake, I have written it here.
So, I bring my apologies.
Devon is the epitome of enthusiasm and love for a sport where ego does not get in the way and just loving it seeing others get the best of you even as that is just yet a new challenge and you feel proud that people invest their heart and soul into a sport just like you do - just generally how humble Levan Devon Denis Brzenk and so many others are, despite being absolute monsterzzz on and off the table hats off, admirable
Needed a coach like you in my lifeâ€ïž
Interesting what Devon said about Jerry. I feel Devon trains harder to exploit his opponent's weaknesses more than he trains to exploit his own strengths. That's why he's a Rubik's cube for every opponent he turns up against. I get the feeling his opponents focus mainly on their own strengths. Chaffee is the perfect example. Devon didn't need to have more power, he just needed to be what Dave couldn't work with.
That's right, He knows chaffee lacks of table iq, so kings move which is an advanced move is a perfect counter to gas him out, but damn that match looks depressing af, hard to watch
@@gembagus yeah, i'm devon's fans but that match just horrible and shit, i hate that, why would he go so low just because chaffee's too strong
Michael Todd does it everytime and i don't see people complaining about it. He did what he needed to do to win.
Should always do both. Like toddzilla
I've seen tons of people hating on Todd's technique lol
The way of the giant pumpkin also I canât wait to see you on the table next for real not just frigging around at somebodyâs house and with real cash on the line or bragging rights

Love all the old school DIY equipment but i'm wondering how the hell Devon doesn't have a sponsor who will buy him a bunch of new gear?? or maybe he does and just prefers all the rusty gear... haha
Yeah it doesn't look like there's much money in arm wrestling at all, never seen it even get a mention on TV here in Britain and I doubt anyone would have a clue who he is even though he's done so much winning.
It doesn`t matter.
Some people including myself like to keep using tried and tested equipment haha

Fact remains you're a beast with both arms, and always have been. You should definitely train both brother. Thank you very much for these training videos, perfect for me, I train late at night too. Can't sleep anyway...đ§ââïž
You wil get even more Bigger if you focos also on your trĂceps and chest doing benchpress đ
For arm wreslting id say back js more important if you want to talk about extra muscle groups maybe shoulders biceps also but benching not really much towards arm wreslting unless maybe your doing a shoulder press or flop wrist press and you cant just use those moves just like that have to have strong ligaments and tendons
Id say do so full pronation as extra or stuff like that to do the full twist when pronating even from a starting point which is rare for people to even do.maybe some barbell wrist curls which isnt extra at all so msybe I shouldnt mention as that.extra stuff but still useful would be back shoulders biceps sort of extra but they always do need some work not as much as forearms though
Hahaha, nobodys trying to tell a champ how to train.... get over yourselves

Is the Genadi the guy that will inspire Devon to make hook training 3?
it would be levan, the dude just did the movement with 110+ kg.
Huge and vascularity bĂceps Devon. Good job! Congrarts from argentina!
Damn... the next time i watch It's the Great Pumpkin, Charlie Brown... when they are in the pumpkin patch..if you look in the background you will see Dev doing pronation curls!
I love the training vids man. Looking killer đȘ
when you curled it you did more full range of motion though
Full range of motion is irrelevant. It engages different sets of muscle groups when you go beyond 90 degrees, and you cna cheat to get to that point. The engaged or loaded curl is a better bicep exercise anyway. Full range of motion is also a good way to hyper extend connective tissue; too many meat heads have passed along bad habits under the guise of calling one another "pussies" if they don't embrace them.
@@saltedllama2759 well I disagree its much harder to lift that much weight in a full range of motion, the other guy did a half curl
Hey Devon I have a question for ya? How much does you chest muscle activate when you arm wrestle? I tore my pectoralis a long time ago
i think he said once that he felt his chest tored after he tries to press Denis Cyplenkov. and also his chest was full of bruises because of kingsmove when he fight Chaffee
Devon i love seeing you call out all of arm wrestling during this pandemic for being soft your the real hero keep on keeping on

Devon, is it good to train both inside and outside in one day or divide them in two days?

Doing a basic workout such as Push-up and Pull-up. It's better to build a solid foundation first before hitting the gym âïžđȘ
Here is a tip; watch the videos and pay attention the parrot it.
Rising cupping and pronation. Find a local team to practice with. Get armbet app and find a team
I would go over devon older videos on weight lifting training for arm wrestling they are like this video also I would go on Michael Toddâs CZcams page and watch his 101 on arm wrestling and other workout videos and get a table like this or build one out of wood and I build one out of wood as well and used weights I had at home and devons older training videos he shows you ways to train with things you already have laying around your house so you donât got to go buy weights right away but if you want to buy something that you can use for the rest of your life then Google Kmall24.com and buy artarm handles one right and one left and Michael Todd and so many other ppl swear by them because then feel the most natural thing to a hand in your hand when training also I bought a set a fews weeks back and love them . Hope this helps you bud
