in about 1 year my armwrestling IQ has now caught up to the point where I think I understood about 80% of what Neil was saying and about 75% of what Devon was saying. A year ago I wouldn't have understood 30%. Devon is a great teacher and ambassador for the sport, the days of armwrestling opponents who rely on strength alone is probably waning quick.

There are so many styles of hooking. I Think the strap with shoulder commitment usually ending in a press is the best for using height like devon has because you can really get ontop of someones arm. For todzilla, without shoulder commitment at all, his compact frame and short arm driving straight sideways instead of down is perfect for someone for a more average height.

This is a much better explanation video than the Kingsmove one. There are many, many people who don't even know that armwrestling as a professional sport exists, so it's best to explain even the most basic things in great detail to them. This video got it right; "what's a hook?", "how to apply the hook?", "what are the advantages and disadvantages of the hook?" etc. etc.
Imho the Kingsmove video was way too technical, and there wasn't much to learn for an outsider to the sport. What I believe should be done is to make a video explaining the very basics of the sport: "What *is* armwrestling?". And by basics, I mean it. Using the whole body, armwrestling rules, armwrestling strengths; what is cup, post, pronation, supination, how an armwrestling match should start, when does an armrestling match end, what are consideres fouls, warnings etc. etc. An "Armwrestling 101", if you will.
