Kashmir Shaivism: The 36 Tattvas of Creation

Kashmir Shaivism provides a very elegant map, consisting of 36 “tattvas” (stages) by which inalterable transcendent Consciousness immanently manifests itself as this tangibly experienced universe: the Mandala of Life, including all creatures and the five elements, everything that appears solid, liquid, fiery, airy, and spacious. This talk explores experiential discoveries that bring this map out of the realm of philosophy into daily life.
