This is a great property, lots of land and rooms are a decent size, including the washroom....
I could see the front yard with low hedging, few short coconut trees 🌴 and lots of flowers. The backyard with big patio where you have outdoor dining/ sitting area, BBQ grill, a small vegetable garden and a few fruit trees .... space to kick some football ⚽️ or play badminton🏸
Only thing I would change is put in a larger island (spin it around, cupboard doors should be in the kitchen) and change the backslash (too conflicting with counter top design)... just my opinion

first I ever seen so many ppl agree that a house worth the price. With the land space i agree too.
Her intelligence and savvy description will sell every home, only this home is not worth it. The kitchen island is a joke. I appreciate the kitchen storage without the island. The shower in the first bathroom would be much better displayed by itself and the tub separately designed. I believe bigger windows would do justice by complementing the home.

One downfall for me is I'm not sure if I've seen correctly that there will 24hr security but it will not be a Gated community??!!.. I've tried ringing the number for N. Oates but with no avail.. This is a great concern for me, especially as it's in old Harbour, St. Catherine. Pls provide clarification. Thks

Not backwards, just a different design style. Very common in the USA to store kids toys, cushions or anything you don't want to clutter your living room

I like the property minus the yellow paint. The location is a no for me. However. If anyone can sell this property it's this young lady. She does an exceptional job showing properties. In my opinion she does it better than the rest

Spacious but I would prefer an extended counter with cupboards for the kitchen instead of the little island plopped there. Not too appealing. I am surprised that in this day and age that they are installing single kitchen sinks. Maybe a darker wood would look better for the bathroom vanities. I hope that people would have a choice of paint colour. Some of the tiling is not my taste. I don't really like where the front door enters the living room. The architects and designers need to read some of the comments. I would definitely build a back patio. Overall it would be a nice house for someone. Thanks for the tour and video.

This is a nice home and a great yard space,but I don't see a food pantry.
I love the space available, nice property and house . However I would go with all white modern wood look like tiles. all white kitchen maybe white or light grey cupboards etc............Yu can never go wrong with white, also make it easier to decorate

There are lots of areas off old harbor road…where exactly is this area. Very nice house and yard space and…the price is really good considering the amenities and when compared to others.

One of the things I have noticed about these new home developments is that the work is not pristine. The tradesmen are not neat and attentive in their work. There is no pride taken in the work done. No wonder so many of these homes are being resold as soon as they are bought. Mass produced or not, the developers, contractors and workmen should do better. It's crazy that they believe this "mess" is ok to hand over to new homeowners. Shameful! People work hard to purchase a house. Do better man!

where is dishwasher and the back of the island should be covered and turn to the other side so it could be used as sitting area with some chairs, if you do not want to sit at dinning table.

I love how houses are improving in Jamaica however … with so much land available ? The house could’ve stretched a bit .
1) A little separation for kitchen and living room area to not feel like an apartment and more like a house . As a person walk in they end up in both kitchen and living room . That’s an apartment / studio style .
Kitchen itself could include - Longer Island for breakfast / quick lunch , a pantry and two sinks instead of one .
2) bigger rooms with walk in closets . Think about if someone is buying a house it’s more permanent so they’d want more space for clothes / shoes . Long term .
3) veranda could also be a bit longer
Washroom size is perfect and the door leading outside there since some people may still want to hang on line
Also bigger bathrooms and better sinks. More 2022 looking sinks .

@@PropertyViewers Is the realtor able to drop in and answer these questions? This is one that would seriously consider. The land space is something that I really like. Although, there is no air conditioner and the colors aren't neutral.

Hi, this will be a developed community. Lots were purchased and owners of the lots will be building their own house. It will not be gated but owners can come together and make that decision

4 NHT contributors? It’s only 3 bedrooms….where will the 4th contributor stay? That new idea of 3 persons coming together is not a good idea ….3 persons with their own family is creating a gated tenament. 4 families with husband and wives and children is a chaos ….not a good idea at all

The location is more like 15 to 20 mill, than 25 mill. The kitchen n the bathroom doesn't even have a sliding shower.

I still can't understand why they cut corners on the house when there is so much land. The kitchen could have been built properly with a kitchenette or a long island. I would not want such a small kitchen.
