You have done a excellent job. Compare this with the developments at New Harbour Village this is way better. However some concerns with the beds blocking the light and the cluster kitchen esp in the 3br Unit. I would buy but necessarily live. Next time Mention the various infrastructure Police Station, School, also the town is a bit congested week days and on weekends

Hi, I like the 3 bedroom and 2 bathroom house but here are some problems: covered car port missing; no storeroom to put like your brooms, mops, bath pan, etc in; kitchen looks small; no installation of rhino tanks, what about persons who want a room for entertainment/beauty services,etc?

Just asking can extension add to these units from the back please let me know if extension can be add because I have a large family
The beds are oversized for the rooms bc they are small and the refrigerator seems out of place and the stove should never been so close to the walls. Why is the fence so low 😕 I like my privacy and if the backyard is so huge I would be using it very often so can you add to the fence to make it higher. Just asking?????

It looks good but since phase 1 and 2 are finish is there any left at phase 3 and what the price.
Most modern house don't have free standing cookers anymore. Plus the cooker should be more centre for safety.
The front door should go inwards.
The cupboard should all be aligned as its more pleasing to the eyes.
The bedroom window should share the same wall space.
The developer needs to do much better with the designs. These simple things would make the house more appealing.
Actually I would say the front door opening towards the outside is a better and safer design, no one can kick your door in.....
@@davebigs when you do interior design. You take into account how you eye is draw to the item. Plus the flow. Door being opened outwards is not good flow to a designer.

Doors should always open outwards for safety. In an emergency to escape your first instinct is to push a door and not to pull it.
The rooms are really small. The Refrigerator looks out of place, the bedframes are covering the windows, the ceiling design makes the space look congested

What is the cost of the two bedroom
Moen is an American brand. Once again the market is being flooded with American imports. Jamaican, keep the money in Jamaica where possible by supporting made in Jamaica 🇯🇲.

Is there a comparable Jamaican brand to Moen? What I see as an alternative is Chinese brands, some of which are excellent. But I would prefer to support Jamaican if there were one. Let me know.

Moem is one of the top American brand in faucets. There is no Jamaican brand faucets. It's obvious some people just like to comment without knowing facts. For them to use Moen faucets being used in this development goes to show that developers have improved on their standards, Though tgere is high ene Nd low end in any brand. These units are going to cost a lot however, it won't be like other developments that use dirt cheap stuff that go bad in like a year. I know, I've invested in one some time ago in Spanish Town.

The 3b/r would be my choice but what I don’t like is the unnecessarily huge dining room space and a TINY kitchen…doesn’t make sense to me. The kitchen is wayyyyyy too small!

@@RelaxedToni Yes I like it, you did a good job and I've also subcribed. I'm from the old town and remember it's sleepy day. The first housing sceme in the town was Smith Ave. way back in 1953 and was the result of the devastation cause by Hurricane Charley in 1951 and their have been a number of sutch develupment sinc but not at this rate. The town did see some amout a indutrial develupment in the late 1960's too but sady it's in reverse these days. I use to do research on the old US naval base at Goat Island and have located ex US air men that came their pluss locals that use to work their.

Not feeling all the grills on the windows. Makes the house look like a large prison cell to me. The bedrooms look tiny and they definitely used the wrong beds to stage the rooms because those large headboards are blocking the windows. Other than the bedrooms, the overall space of the house looks fine though.
Old harbour Town Centre traffic is chaotic.

Absolutely hideous I would say. Especially with the oversized beds blocking the windows preventing the natural sunlight from entering and who needs a six burner stove? Unless one is feeding the 5,000.
No mention of the infrastructure whether or not the gas, electricity or water supply is connected to the grid which is a big problem in Jamaica. Who wants to run out of gas halfway through cooking up a Sunday roast?
There was no mention of the annual service charges for landscaping, external lighting, paving and so on either and that's not to leave out the new price increases.

There is no grid for cooking gas in Jamaica. Only cylinders for cooking gas

Once unit are completed and sold, Home owners form a committee and appoint a management company. Management company set rate and how much each unit pay monthly as contributions to ur enquiries.
