Yes that's a requirement for most gated community, no changing of the house colors, no fencing to the front and no addition to the front of house,there is very little you can do in these gated communities but you will feel secured with 24hour security; you can do whatever rearranging you want to the inside of the houses.

You CAN change the colour, but it has to be one of the colours that the developers used in the scheme, so far it looks like 3 colours.

They didn't stage the place properly and the finishes are cheap like they're cutting corners... plus the total cost of this house works out to over 15 mil with their added grill cost of 300k that is mandatory..yuh see how the grill stay bad??
