Exactly ..I am a Contractor and I was viewing the footage and I am going to get some land and give more for that money it may not be the amount of houses but say 6-10 to a scheme So they can Strata it themselves two bedrooms ;two bathrooms ...laundry /kitchen ....flat finish on walls ...I got my finishing guys who worked overseas with me ...
I dnt like the fact tht you ave yo drive tru one community to get to the nxt...the scheme need it's own identity !

The price is ridiculous because I don’t see fixture that is outside of the box. The land space however, is perhaps what drives up the cost. They actually selling land space. The video of the interior needs more work, camera all over the place & not much detail given.

Great question! This is tricky as it depends on the type of investment. If it's for high equity build, you will have to look at the location. Your equity will build faster in a more developed location and for short term/Long term rentals you can demand more. However, the prices for houses in "not so developed area" tends to be more affordable and you can still benefit for equity bill and short-term/long term rentals though not as high has the developed area.
