Hi beautiful home. Are you able to list some of the developments in Jamaica. Preferably on the St. James parish. I’ve been researching to buy a home in Jamaica, I plan to do this next year.
Hello Danieei. Thank you for your kind words. I am not sure of the different developments happening in Jamaica at all. It is best that you check the developers websites which is where I started. Developers like WIHCON, Gore Development, HAJ, Kemtek etc. Once you check them CALL them where possible. CALL them. Sign up everywhere and CALL them. If you have someone on the ground, ask them to go into the office and get your name on the list. I've mentioned that a lot. May God be your guide. All the best.

Huge development but it looks like a barracks or some tyoe of camp! Where is the vegetation, the plants from the developers ?. Vegetation is the single beggest let down for these developments in Jamaica!
Thank you for stopping by. I totally understand what you mean about the lack of green spaces. Some developers provide home owners with trees, but it seems they are mostly depending on homeowners to re-vegetate the place. A sad state indeed. Thanks for your comment.

Watch your walls to see if they will start cracking. These Gore house get some very large and deep cracks in the walls. Hope you don't have that experience, but I am suggesting you report it to them before your 6 months warranty runs out.(even if u don't see the cracks during the 6 months, they will appear after). I know cemented walls can crack under heat but trust me when i say these cracks are nothing like you will be expecting.
Thank you so much for your suggestion, however it's been 1 year now so definitely can't report anything unless it's a wholesale community situation. I'm hoping and praying to God that none of those cracks come around at all. That doesn't sound good. But God is good to me in every situation ☺.

Those are boxes selling for millions because it's cheating. You have to wash outside the shower looks cheap i dont like dark colour bathroom it should be white. No shades too much dirt outside
