The law allows them to charge up to 10%. They aren't breaking any laws, just maximizing the amount they can charge. Maybe more criteria as to how it can be calculated is needed than to just allow them to arbitrarily make a charge.

Taking far too long
Purchasers in phase 2 including myself think it's full time now the developers hand over our houses and house keys
It's been from 2019 until now other development's have started after the Orchards and they are already completed
The people in control at the orchards gated community inswood St Catherine can you show some interest on you purchasers behalf call each individual and say something let us know what's happening

I live at ph1 they are doing some work and it’s slow as u say but be encouraged and don’t back out it’s a lovely scheme so far 🎉

You are right the prices are crazy and these are sold out. So that means the Portmore area will have a new baseline based on the prices. NHT and Gore is usually cheaper but harder to get. They both have up coming units.
