  • In this video, I explain the technique behind, and the best ways to strengthen yourself up for the muscle up on rings. The same concepts and exercises can of course be used to learn the muscle up on a single bar as well. Muscle up is an impressive display of upper body strength and is also very handy for getting up on top of the rings easily when nobody is around to lift you up.

    hey nath, i have a question about this pain i feel when i do the transition part of the MU particularly in the ulnar extensor muscle of the forearm, what do you think is the reason for this pain?
