    Vodka Sauce Rigatoni

    400g rigatoni (or any shape of pasta)
    1 tbsp salt
    1 cup of pancetta
    1 medium chopped onion
    8 cloves of minced garlic
    1 can (156 ml) of tomato paste
    1 tsp red pepper flakes
    1/2 cup of vodka
    1/4 cup of paster water
    1 and 3/4 cups of cream
    1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
    basil and cracked black pepper
    truffle oil (optional)

    1/2 cup of butter
    1/2 tsp of garlic powder
    1/4 tsp of seasoning salt
    1 tbsp chopped chives
    6 lobster tails
