That is not written, that he disapproved of any of their marriages. Surely, if he did, it would have been written. Not saying that all men should be poly, but some can and need to be, specifically the great ones.

Just because the Bible doesn't give an account of every person we can speculate that there are more than just the ones mentioned and only two of them were kings. Second, your definition is off. Nowhere does it say that in a poly relationship, a man should be able to financially support them, this is a Muslim belief. "unless you talking about providing the necessities(housing, food)". Third, the women of those times were not touched by any other man, except for the one woman that David killed her husband. Back in those times if you laid with a woman you were considered married as well as a man and women were supposed to get to know each other: Deuteronomy 24:5 KJV When a man hath taken a new wife, he shall not go out to war, neither shall he be charged with any business(i.e): but he shall be free at "home one year", and shall cheer up his wife which he hath taken. He contradicted his own argument when he said the women in the polygynous marriage would work but then later said that this was for men who could afford to do it. The whole point of polygyny is for one wealthy man to provide for multiple families. This would be disastrous for the black community and nobody's going for it anyway. Too much responsibility on the man and if something happens to him there's an instant crop of baby mama's with nowhere to go

Mom you are totally wrong. My grandfather was married and have children with my grandmother and another woman outside his marriage. My grandmother has 7 children for with my grandfather. Thank you for the Love but GOD original plan was for one man and one woman in marriage. The men you mentioned were Kings who protected women but had very sinful lives but they repented. Moses let's say that's just a rumor. David and Solomon are the best examples of an adulter and Solomon worshiping other GOD'S. The point I'm making 1 Corinthians 7 and many other scriptures support GOD'S actual plan. Don't forget there was a great flood that cleansed the sinful nature. Then there was Jesus!!! Deuteronomy 21: 15-17 and Exodus 21:10 contradicts what your saying love. And Jesus didn’t come to DO AWAY with the old laws, but to FULFILL THEM. Peace queen.
