I'm in recovery and have seen young women like Ms. Green in & out of NA meetings for years. Their excuses are ludicrous and the minute there's pressure being put down the tears start falling immediately. She thought a forehead tattoo was a good idea ...enough said.

They should be able to trace her IP address thru Zoom, but she could be using a VPN. They'll catch her sooner or later, she'll screw up. She'll get nailed stealing something in a store, or some dumb thing or another. It's just a matter of time. Hopefully she doesn't end up dead somewhere.

I had a cold last week, I have a cough, she doesn't have a cough. She's obviously playing up her sickness which was either just a cold or a total fabrication.
She's tweaking. You're gonna have to catch and hold her. She won't get her crap together, she's too good and convincing herself everything is fine until it slaps her in the face and she starts crying.
All the sniffing and huffing she is doing .... She's DEFINATLY taking things via the nose she shouldn't be and I don't mean nose spray.
She’s not sick. She didn’t have a cold. All the coughing and runny nose and yawning they’re all symptoms of drug withdrawal.
My guess, she was in withdrawal not a legitimate illness.
Cerys is now in jail in Judge Webster's jurisdiction (IIRC it is in Kansas), plead no contest to the Circuit Court Judge above her and is awaiting sentencing which will likely be multiple years in prison. She is also looking much healthier now that she doesn't have access to meth and friends in low places (but she still has that damn tattoo above her eyebrow which may actually protect her from male guards in jail and prison).
She did have a cough. Right after she said she was sick, she managed up ONE fake cough. Only one I heard the whole time, but she did have "a cough". But just one.🤧😷
As soon as the face tattoo was applied, LIFE OVER. She will be wondering why the world won't accept her and most likely, will end up in and out of prison.

They haven't exactly taken it easy on this girl she had her bond revoked and she is still calling into zoom court and revealing her location ...it's hard to get someone extradited for some victimless crimes ..sounds like the sheriff dropped the ball by not setting up transportation last time she was arrested by the marshals ...and she is still only accused of a crime you can't punish someone until they are convicted
..this was an error when they set a low bond for an out of state prisoner simply setting a 25000 bond when she was arrested on the highway through their jurisdiction would have solved this situation ..or even better stop trying to jail people for being addicts there is absolutely nothing gained from putting these people into the system all your doing is feeding the prison system ..putting someone on bond or probbakyion that doesn't even live in the same state never mind the city as they are arrested is setting them up to violate the conditions your about to put them under . She has absolutely no connection to Kansas and was passing through and their predatory stopping if cars from out of state netted them a victimless crime and now they get to deal with the nonsense they started

Judge Webster has disappointed-but-caring grandmother energy in spades, but it's amazing to me that she has had the patience to deal with Miss Green as calmly we are seeing in the videos.
She's a scared girl who wants to be free who keeps avoiding court mostly on survival impulses. It's not wise and I'm not commenting on her initial charges, it's about her current plight and demeanor. The court is beholden to punish her for not showing up, and the judge did behave with respect, but the celebration of all this and the dismissal of that scared girl as a human because she has charges makes you and your attitude a much worse person than many many criminals. Stop enjoying people's suffering, stop enjoying power over other people. It is evil.
Judge Webster comes off like a supreme bitch and has never made a "caring" remark in her life- she has a permanent scowl on her face. I can't stomach her.
You can tell she’s concerned for her safety, but can only express so much as the judge. It has to be incredibly difficult to be the hand of justice while remaining impartial when you know some of these defendants circumstances.

Almost every comment is someone celebrating the fact that they got to watch one of "them" get punished- it's a bunch of jaded assholes who label themselves as "us" and the defendants as "them" and then it's "Us against them" time, and every defendant that goes to jail is the equivalent of a touchdown for their team. It's pathetic and sad but it's just an extension of the culture war started by politicians and trying to get these ignorant ppl to understand that is pointless- you're wasting your breath. This child has traveled to more states this year than I have traveled in the last 5 years. I’m 66 and have never received even 1 parking ticket or speeding ticket. My Nana taught me at a young age, if you always tell the truth, you will never have to worry about what the truth really is.

Many of them are completely incompetent these days and have issues that they want to solve with becoming a person that has power.
No more humanity in police these days, it’s frustrating.
There was a time when I looked up to cops, but that time is over since the end of the 2000s came around sadly.
Cops in the United States should have a better system in place to train their cops, you shouldn’t be able to become a person of power with just a few weeks of training!
It should be like in Germany where cops have a 3 to 4 year apprenticeship program that’s very college like, where they learn everything in theory and after that start their first field service while they continue the schooling.
Maybe that would bring the trust in the police force back in this country if they wouldn’t take you to jail for doing 5 over the speed limit, which is a completely victimless crime!

Stop what you're doing and go immediately to a locked room with no stimulation but make sure it's a dangerous place and make sure there's a giant list of rules to follow or else violence is done to you, then talk. There is no 'just' turn yourself in this is not tax preparation. I doubt you or most could handle walking yourself into dehumanizing prison with grace.
@@mineduck3050 she wouldn't be in this situation had she shown up for her court date. That's what happens. You get leniency until you prove that you don't care. And then things get stricter. I'll admit, or system also has flaws. I think there should be programs in place, in prison, that help people with addiction or mental illness. But at the end of the day, she broke a law somewhere and has just been running from consequences. What is your suggestion when someone continues to not follow rules?
@@mineduck3050 If I knew that I would have a week in there if I went to the room immediately, or a month if I avoided it (knowing that the avoiding would inevitably have to come to an end in the near future anyhow), then yes, I WOULD go to the room immediately.
Im aware her sentence wouldn't be a week/month, but same difference- just postponing the inevitable for an extremely short term pay off with lonnng term consequences.
Like the fact that she would waste her mom's 7000$ for that short term payoff is crazy to me. Just totally destroying a relationship with someone that clearly cares about her a lot, and seriously for what?

I don't feel anything should just go away for her, it's just that people like her aren't so much a danger to others, but the justice system will chew them up just for having the wrong personality disorder for it. Plus she's scared look at her she's a little lamb in a tough prison. It is not easy for people to grin and bear it, it's near impossible for her. Her bad decisions are not something she has the strength over, I don't feel like even though there's only punishment for that, that it deserves the spirit of punishment.

I don't think they thought she was going to get bonded out like that. Especially after costing her mother the first $7,500. I'm not saying that people shouldn't put their name on someone's bond, someone in active addiction nonetheless, but if they do they need to be on them and make it IMPOSSIBLE for them to NOT show up! Some people in active addiction aren't that far gone yet and they won't let someone they love be saddled with a large financial loss but sadly many are too far gone and could careless what they cost family. Not to mention, family isn't helping the user out but paying to get them out of trouble over and over. Parents, I KNOW it hurts like hell to see your kids hurting badly be it emotionally or physically and I know thinking about your child sick in jail is scary to think about. However the next time you bail them out could be the end and they could come out and use and THAT could very well be the last time they'll even use bc they overdose. You're not helping them by helping them run away from their responsibilities and if they get in legal trouble over and over and expect you to just get them out that's still enabling their behavior!
She got robbed, got sick, her dog ran away, her grandma died, her house went into foreclosure and her car broke down your honor 😆😆

Girl just needs to have some sort of consequence else she’s never gonna learn. The court is enabling this behavior by allowing her to keep doing zoom calls. This should not be allowed in cases like this

The entire time the judge kept her warrant active, what more can she do? The police aren't picking her up for whatever reason, but they have her address. The judge supposed to drive out there herself?

Meth these days is cut with Fentanyl, so yes it can cause withdrawal symptoms.
I fully agree with the judge and others there she's failing to keep her end of the bargain, she needs to step up and be an adult and take care of her stuff and do what she needs to do to fix the problem she's made.

This whole thing with her is just tragic. I hate seeing people making choices like this thinking they can get away with it. I've been in that mindset too and was made to pay for it. That's when I realized I had to make some changes. I hope and pray these people can straighten themselves out before they damage another person's life along with their own.

This judge could take all this personally and get mad, but she doesn't. She just deals with it as a professional... still, we can see a little of her disappointment seep through. The judge is a fine person, still human.

this is a girl that seriously needs to get her ass in gear! Get straight, get clean, get organized and get motivated. This is sad just watching her, yet still humorous at times, because some of us have been in her spot, but from our own faults and failures we admit solemnly that it is just, well sad. She is legitimately close to being lost and broken, whether that occurs in prison or on the streets.
OSG, I saw the first hearing where she got arrested on Zoom. It's sad, she's really in a pathetic state. I feel for her, but she has no one to blame but herself. She should just turn herself in and get this all straightened out once and for all. She most definitely needs help.

Ugggh, her attorney saying "Ummm" after every single thought. Looks like the guy got her case dropped in his lap about 15 minutes prior. She is bad enough, then to have that on top of it. Icing on the cake. I really feel sorry for all involved in this woman's case. It must be so infuriating to deal with someone who is clearly so lost to drugs, and has next to no hope. She must be putting out a lot to have so many "friends" that she can stay with that she doesn't even know their last names.
