  • Grab a set of medium and heavy dumbbells to blast your body in this FULL BODY DUMBBELL WORKOUT! Warm up the body with a dynamic flow and progress to strength exercises to work the GLUTES, OUTER THIGHS, BICEPS, CHEST, TRICEPS, SHOULDERS, ABS and MORE!

    For the past two months, I've been practicing this 20-minute dumb bell workout three times per week. My arms are getting tone, my clothes are fitting better, and I have more stamina at work and on weekends. I couldn't do the entire 20 minutes the first week but I like the instructor, all the exercises are doable, so I stuck with it. I'm glad I did, the results are just what I need for my 60ish body with its hard to get rid of fat on arms, belly & thighs. I really like the intro, "How the health are you?"

    Great workout! I love that you don't do a million reps of each move. I really enjoyed the abs section. It was the perfect pace, as I need to concentrate on the core while working it!!

    What a great workout. My upper body and then the abs were burning. The first exercise on mat I wanted to do the advanced move but I am not at that level. I am inspired though. I'm getting better each time. Thanks for the inspiration Karen!

      So happy you listen to your body! That is key. If we progress too soon the correct muscles may not be working. Way to work and so glad you are getting stronger!
