    I forgot to add that I've been doing Pilates for a long time, but I'm not getting the results I want. Your squats feel like what I needed. Legs are thanking you.

    The hip pop out on the side lunges turned my adductors on like crazy! Such a small move but effective!!!

    Wow. What a great workout. Good way to start my day. Great video for a whole body workout. I'm sweating!!! I used 5 lb dumbells and I felt the challenge. Always love working out with mini ball. Thanks Karen for this workout.

      Yes Michelle. Keep you knees bent or feet on the floor as opposed to lengthening out to 45 degrees. Let me know if this helps.
