    Love the mini ball workouts and with dumbbells gives you more of a workout. Love how you can make us work in a short time. The bridge with the leg lift... that was challenging and the crunches had my abs burning. My favorite part was the side leg lifts. Thanks for another short and effective workout. You are the best.
