The concrete was poured too wet. It will be weak, and brittle. Many cracks

Not always, especially if there is an active crew of finishers keeping their eye on it. It's really not all that wet of a mix. Looks like a hot day as well so the water rises to the top faster. This is a fairly easy but time consuming fix.
