As a concrete construction foreman and finisher from America I love your videos! It’s so fun to watch people finish the same way you do even though you’ve never met each other or any people that have met each other. Also I have adopted the shorts here in the USA!

Hey mate thanks for the support and I’m glad I can help it does make life easier and nothing wrong with shorts as long as you don’t get concrete all over you and there’s no need for that ever thanks for watching mate

Growing up wheeling for my dad. I’d do 9 yards by myself with 2 barrels. My personal best was 6 yards wheeled to the backyard, rodded, bullfloated, Fresno, tooled joints and broomed by myself.

You look like a fairly tall fella, how do you go about keep your back straight while screeding, finishing etc. My back is fine with the wheelbarrows, but as soon as I've got a pick axe in my hands during set up and start swinging it around my lower back aches like a kick to the nuts. I really want to keep concreting but don't want this issue in the way, I used to blame maybe being to tall for the trade, but you look taller than me and seem to be doing fine. Some help would be great. Cheers Ninge

Steel Sponge Hey bro the best thing that I do for myself is I do 30 push-ups every day you need to strengthen your chest after work because you use a lot of your back muscles during work . You have to counteract the muscles 👌💪👍 I hardly ever get I sore back

I got massage balls and foam roller and used them which seemed to work well with recovery, but I like the idea of 30 push ups because your training your body to be more durable foe the movements

Does wearing red pants signify a higher ranked ninja? I had a professor advise us not to charge our family for work because if anything goes wrong, it gets "complicated". Working with family is "complicated" as well, but I wouldn't change a thing. I enjoyed working with my Dad, and I enjoy working with my son.
