That golden ball show had a crazy moment where a guy said “I’m going to pick steal” to the other guy (usually they’re trying to convince the other that they will pick split) the guy said he’s gonna pick steal for sure but he’ll give the other guy half after the show. The other guy then had no choice but to pick split as that’s his only chance at money, and the first guy had actually picked split. This was a foolproof way to ensure he wouldn’t be screwed...genius

Well, in late communist-era Hungary there three tiers of media and entertainment content in regards to the relationship with the system: rewarded, tolerated and prohibited. Tolerated was the most curious category as it contained those types of contents that somewhat criticized or made fun of the government. They realized that it was easier if they let people blow off some steam by providing access to those types of content. So, if Disney keeps marching toward world domination they might keep the channel for a similar reason. :D

Sony’s film division is a separate company than their hardware division. Apple would buy Sony Entertainment, not Sony Interactive. They might even only buy Sony Pictures, not getting the music side.
