May I propose that in the balanced Utopia our endeavours will ultimately result in, there will be no need for 'body guards', as the level of QUANTUM COMEDIC-IRRESISTIBILITY (science!) emanating from the Clone Army will inevitably result in all negative waves being banished hence & forthwith. Alas, I've not been able to empirically test my hypothesis, however feel it is so entirely rational, how could it fail? Natch 🫡

Show no Mercy is the quest that turns the BOS aggressive against - well, everyone, but mainly the railroad. If you don't do that before you destroy the institute, you can have a peaceful commonwealth - but you can't max affinity with Danse (no info on him being a synth, no blind betrayal).
Also,
Teagans quests are pretty much raider type quests -- extorting food from your own settlements.
Greetings! To board the Prydwen, one must acquaint themselves with Paladin Danse, first by assisting his team at the Cambridge Police Station in fighting off a feral ghoul attack. Agree to offer further assistance, and you will in time be escorted to the Prydwen. The process is alot of fun, and I don't wish to spoil the experience with more information. 😉 Hope this helps. :)

I've decided I need to get all the magazines. Well, the ones that give an enhancement to the character for gameplay, anyway (not worried so much about tattoos, haircuts & paint jobs). I'm nearly there, but as I had a few months gap in playing the game due to family issues, I now don't know where I haven't yet taken the mags from, and the game doesn't make it easy to check by showing you the location the mag was taken from. So I was delighted to find you've covered this in a different videos series. Not only that, but you've done a different video for each mag type, which is extremely helpful. :-)
Just wanted to thank you for your incredible work on this series. Been listening to this on my commute and going to start playing along as well on a new save since I discovered this.
I'm curious if this is an all achievements run or just 100% all collectibles / locations / quests? Was watching the first episode and I saw you said you're using the unofficial patch but I know mods disable achievements, so I wasn't sure if playing along with this would naturally get all the achievements on a vanilla save.
Also is it being played on Xbox or PC because I see console controls and skimming a couple recent episodes you mentioned great load times on Series X, but in that first episode you said you loaded up the unofficial patch and "achievements enabler" --- but I thought that the achievements enabler to unflag your saves is only available on PC and not on console.
Appreciate the comment! So I'm playing it on PC with an Xbox remote, I've some performance Mods to prevent crashes and an achievement enabler so I can run both! I used commands sparely, usually to kill glitched enemies under the ground! This is as close to 100% as I can get it, so completing everything, building settlements then moving onto each ending :)

Forecastle is weirdly pronounced "foke-sull" and is an area at the front of some boats & ships. Presumably, in the film Jaws, when Quint goes onto that projection on the front of the Orca to shoot at the shark, that's also the forecastle..?

Unless I missed it, you didn't comment on your own bunk and foot locked on the Prydwen. It said, Thomas's locker. You can store stuff there safely.

How do you get into the airship?
There are a couple of ways, one is by joining the Brotherhood and being taken aboard by Paladin Danse.

Maxon always seems a bit over the top for me. His only solution is violence and genocide - he never ever considers there may be other ways to help the Commonwealth. The Commonwealth became the way it was through violence and conflict, but that is his answer to repairing the land! Doing the same thing on a smaller scale. I never side with the Brotherhood just for that reason.
