Always, Always ALWAYS -- REMOVE THE FUSION CORE FROM PARKED ARMOR!!!!
That’s a fallout sin
@@insertname7750 I had a raider steal a set of power armor I had inadvertently left a fusion core in. Taught me a lesson...
I have the mod to always take your fusion cores and no animation for putting them in. The combo means I never lose PA and its not a pain.
Neriah takes all the samples at once - just like Quinlan will take all the technical documents at once.
Greetings, Mr. Thomas! Your interest in Fort Strong prompted me to launch an investigation of my own, since I was ignorant on the subject. According to the wiki, Fort Strong is the real name of a RW former U.S. Army Coast Artillery fort that opened in 1899, and occupied the northern third of Long Island in Boston Harbor. HANK U for instigating an interesting history lesson! :) P.S. sTinger likes to play games; personally, I'm a hopeless flaming history geek :p (I have done more research on areas outside of the U.S than on the inside). Hank U again, Mr. Thomas!
hey sTinger12300, did my reply ever show up to the excellent 'cloning petition' idea from yesterday? apologies if I got your name wrong in the Live Chat, I thought you were going by DW handle 😬
I "parked" a complete suit of high-level pahr armur in the rack outside my back door at Home Plate, removing the fusion core immediately, never to return it. About 1 1/2 years later in-game, on one of my frequent returns to Diamond City, I found that the suit was completely missing. It is now at least 1 1/2 years later, and I have never been able to locate it, in spite of extensive searching. I was totally unaware that this could happen.😢 Now I park my suits behind closed doors! :p
Greetings and salutations Mr. MacGavock! I cannot tell you how pleased I am that you did indeed recieve my last missive, and am bemused, delighted, and enchanted with your response. You are too kind. Our Clone Army is desperately needed especially at this time in the earth's history to be sure! I find your comment on the learning of world history to provide much food for thought; I had the good fortune to be seemingly born with the unquenchable desire to learn, particularly pertaining to paleontology, archeaology, under-sea and outer-space, and of course, history. I was also blessed to be taught to read at the age of 3, so that I was free to peruse my favorite interests as I chose. And as a some-time educator, I have observed that if the subject of history were presented in an enjoyable way, people would realize, as did I, that learning is FUN! (Hence my own penchant for the Assassin's Creed series!) And how I wish that learning from the past mistakes of others would prevent many future mishaps... unfortunately it seems to be an intrinsic element of human nature, particularly of the narcissistic persuasion, to believe that they are infallible, and so there is no need to improve their modus operandi to avoid repeated disasters! As for the podcast, which you so thoughtfully reccommend, I shall make haste to investigate it at my earliest convenience. I am certain to find it fascinating. Please accept my most sincere thanks for your communication; it is my pleasure to make your acquaintance. Best wishes to you and yours; very truly yours, & c.
Please accept my most sincere hanks, Mr. Thomas; you have made our day once again! Now go and get something good to eat, good sir!
I find it easier to do Fort Strong on foot rather than the vertibird, but I use stealth and a load of land mines at the end of the bridge and lure the mutants towards me!
My, my! Never have I seen a simple knife "explode" an enemy! Exemplary! 😅
You've missed one power armor between Fort Strong and Nordhagen, next to the bridge close to Fort is a little army post
I didn't know much about the updates and went to Saugus for the quest and got surprised by the Enclave lol had no idea they were coming back
Idiot savant was hitting just right there at Ft. Strong
I believe I told you yesterday that you'd have to hit up your own settlements for him...
5:04 fun fact: mathematically speaking, the bomb we watch at the beginning of the game cannot possibly have detonated as far away as the glowing sea. It has to be closer because of how long the blast wave took to reach us. Just like 3-5 miles away I do believe but I could be off. I’d have to recalculate it again and I’m too tired rn
Ep 62
The glasses you get fron the RR in the institute have a downside to em. Best to use +1 per or Operator goggles.
Maxson is very Fascist. He has you sent to rough up the natives and demand supplies in return for protection they didnt ask for.
You can do the assist with the research patrols and you just go outside, snipe the researcher. Then go back and claim he never showed up.
You get 25 caps a blood sample (As I remember) so you turned in 2 of them.
Make sure to get the Harvester in Far Harbor.
There is 1 x-Enclave in Far Harbor :)
You said your little bro taught you a trick with cooking stoves - what is it?
I'm doing nothing forever
Did you miss the free "Charge Card" from the dumpster!
Its worth 100 credits from the vendor in far harbour
Also I think you were talking about Liam's glass from the institute.
I don't think you can get them now as you have started the railroad quest line :(
Danse is a nuisance - I keeping getting false jump scares when he suddenly lopes into view in front of you like a super mutant! ;)
Make sure you upgrade that acrobat armor and replace you're current one with that -- you make to many dumb jumps, that might save you someday...
"Time to die!" says the super mutant. And then you immediately make sure he gets his wish as you shoot him! ;)
Photo bombed by Hancock! Wonderful! ;)
I'm pretty sure the cannons are always there outside Fort Strong as part of the building area, but whether the cannonballs respawn I don't know. I've never found enough of them in the game to make the Broadsider a viable ongoing weapon option.
The game combines the airport and prydwen as a single settlement - but if you want to get to the airport, you have to fast travel directly to it...
]
You may only have to kill him twice, depending on how you play...
Is all of this stuff like enclave power armour available to Ps4 owners of Fallout 4 GOTY edition as well?
I counted all those nukes at fort strong for a short
Greetings! Does anyone else find that "dumb jumps" are responsible for great moments of humor...? Not that I enjoy watching the Thomas character...expire! Still, ... :)
Your accent is fine. Whether you say "power armour" or "par armour", I'm sure folk understand what you mean (unless you've had comments to the contrary?). :-)
All the new missions seem to be just a more interesting way to add new stuff to the game, rather than them simply throw extra items into our workbenches and add locations, characters, etc to the map. None of the ones I've played to date have been that long or taxing, but they're fun. :-)
Greetings Mr. McGavock! Dear sir: Please do not fret yourself over the nomenclature issue; for I am as confused as your good self. I am but recently venturing into the world of content presentation and online channel communication; and am in the process of attempting to learn the traditions and rules of these cultures as well as their languages as quickly as possible, which is proving to be quite the challenge. Please forgive my ignorance as I attempt to navigate this new "cyber"-map and no doubt inadvertantly blunder about. I have no idea at this point why my user name is sometimes employed, while at other times, it is my handle that appears. I have not yet been able to access the explanation for this occurance, so that I can address it; perhaps some kind soul may enlighten me soon! Thank you for your thoughtfulness and patience. I do hope that you may find this communication, and soon. Best wishes to you and yours. Regards, & c.
you are indeed a Gentleman of the highest calibre dear sir... likewise I am blundering around trying not to trample e undergrowth 😁
Also, excellent comment on the historical accuracy of Mr. T's recent adventuring - nice to hear you are also a student of History - in addition to our Clone Army, I think if more people were willing/interested to learn the lessons of History, we wouldn't end up repeating it (so often)! May I humbly direct your good self to a first class podcast from BBC called 'In Our Time' with Melvyn Bragg... superb discussions on lots of interesting things: from Ancient Greece, Persia, Rome etc. to nuclear physics and quantum shenanigans 🤯
Check the dates the top secret fat man was too new to be in a mind bending commercial for kids like the prewar shows. This and Todd's terminal convince me the SS has to be a synth of the new courser class.
I updated, then tried to downgrade, and ruined my game completely.
