My dad was IBEW out of Houston TX local.. maybe 713?
I was about 5 when he got his journeyman license.
I run the Kuhnert Ambush platform & it bites the tree unbelievably. Really like what I’m hearing about the .75

After watching your reviews on the .75, i ordered mine this morning. I was going to pick the X-pac, but your comment made sense about when it gets cold. I’ll order the 500D cordura one. Thanks for the review.

My sidekick gets caught in my straps as well. I’ll be flipping it because of your video. Thank you!

Nice stand and set up bro. Wondering how a size 13 boot would do?

I think you'd be fine. Alot of big guys run this size stand. They do make some a bit bigger platform size like the 1.0.

Great stand, and another one I might consider would be the XOP cold world which is very similar. I know exactly what the mesh seat issue is you mentioned because I ran into the same problem when I installed one for my Lone Wolf Assault 2. So now I either use that stand with the original seat, or remove the batwing bracket and hang the stand using the easy hang strap hook that catches in the back of the seat post. With the back of the mesh seat against the tree it definitely is a more comfortable seat, but it does make the stand a little heavier and harder to pack full length sticks on (vertically). As for packing deer out, since these machined stands are so light, if it was me I might seriously consider investing in a high end hunting pack. They’ll just carry your whole load way better than any system LWCG can ever come up with, and with the cinch and lashing straps on packs like Kuiu or Mystery Ranch you can just lash your stand and sticks to it tight like Jason does of Traditional Bowhunting and Wilderness Podcast. He just uses a set of cheap, lightweight straps on his stand for the sole purpose of climbing the tree and just pulls his pack up with his bow on his haul line.

I love it just wish I got 1.0 but they were on back order otherwise would of think it would be uncomfortable shooting for me either way used to hunting off the ground out in ND moved to Wisconsin so kinda forced to use a tree stand now

Lone wolf nice stand but not much room on the platform. I like a bigger platform especially in the cold with bigger bulky gear! Nice video👍

They have 2 that are larger than this and 1 that is smaller. Plus I saw they are putting out a whole new line of stands this year too

Good thoughts on putting the bow holder on the top of the stand. I’m going to follow suit on my .5

I'm between the .75 or the 1.0 . Any thoughts?

I don't see any reason to go bigger than the .75 inmy opinion.

The 1.0 is way better for a comfy sit and I’m only 5 foot 7. The .75 is just a smidge to small

I actually prefer the .5 over the .75 honestly. If your sitting does platform size even really matter?

Best way to go is the original climber. Sometimes progressivism is bad. But I will say the hang ons are good for low platform setups
