Massey GC1723 and Titan Flail Mowers

We're seeing a lot of interest in compact flail mowers these days so I thought we should try one for ourselves. In certain applications the flail offers some advantages compared to rotary cutters and finish mowers. Flail mowers are capable of processing more material than finish mowers and provide a better cut quality than rotary cutters.
