+RvJ1RvJ you don't especially have to do calisthenics^^ you just have to be fit. we always do this after two hours muay thai workout i think it's a great way to get all out of you :D and sorry for misspelling i'm not english^^

V pohode už dávam, 1 x som sa dostal do polovice, človek aj keď cvičí, toto je iný stres pre namáhané svaly a majú na začiatku s tým problém aj skúsení fitnesaci. Škoda, že sa niekde nekoná hromadný challenge s rôznymi vytrvalostnými disciplínami aj s odmenami. Toto by tam určite muselo byť, aj plank, niečo z P4P.
